SUPPLIER RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Additional terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation. You hereby authorize us to cancel the non-used flight on your behalf in case of non-appearance or non-attendance of the flight and to request possible refunds from the airline on your behalf. We are entitled but not obligated to do

Deposits and Payment

Any deposits from you are non-refundable. Payment of a deposit enables us to hold a reservation for you but does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and other travel documents have been issued, subject to any terms and conditions of the Supplier. We will advise you of the date that full payment is required. Upon the provision of your payment information, you are authorizing us to make the payment arrangements with the Suppliers.

Q8holidays.com has the right to suspect the transaction if the security procedures require this to validate the payment until the passenger submit the documents which authorize the transaction otherwise the booking will be cancelled and the penalty and charges will be applied.

General

This website has been written to provide you with general information only. We can and will alter the content of the website without notice. By using the website you agree to accept that we do not have any liability for any inaccuracies, omissions or errors in the content and you alone are responsible for deciding if our services are suitable for your purposes.

Travel Requirements

If you are travelling to a destination that requires a visa, it would be your responsibility to obtain the same. Q8holidays would not be responsible for visa requirements.

If you are travelling to an international location, please do keep a check on your passport validity and the country’s requirements (specific if any). You can get more information on the passport, visa, and other travel requirements at the embassy of the country or countries you will be travelling to.

The fares quoted on Q8holidays may not include the individual charges such as departure taxes, airport taxes, passenger service charges, and other fees imposed by the arrival/departure airport. For such instances, you will be required to pay the fees directly to the charging authorities.

Travel, health, and other required insurance policies have to be taken care of by the guest. Q8holidays would not be responsible for this and neither would be able to assist with the procedure.

Foreign Exchange Rate Disclaimer

Foreign exchange is the exchange of one currency for another. The word also implies to the conversion of one currency into another currency.

The Foreign Exchange (FX) rates are updated on a regular basis depending on various factors. You can contact your bank to know more about Foreign Exchange (FX) rates.

Please note that the Foreign Exchange (FX) charges are involved both while you book on Q8holidays.com and also affects the refund amount.

For eg: If you have booked in KWD currency and have used a bank card with SAR currency, then there would be Foreign Exchange (FX) rates involved to convert the currency from SAR to KWD. This difference would reflect while booking and also when refund is processed and this will be Applies to all currencies.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify Q8holidays.com and/or its suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

  Your breach of this Agreement or the documents referenced herein
  Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
  Your use of this Website

Cancellations and Changes

We will ensure that you are promptly notified of any significant changes once we become aware of such change if there is time before your departure, but we accept no liability for any changes or costs incurred that may result. Subject to the Supplier’s terms and conditions, you will then have the choice of accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements if one is made available by the Supplier, or cancelling your booked arrangements and receiving any applicable refunds. We do not guaranty that any refunds will apply.

If you have booked a flight and we are alerted to a significant schedule change by your airline before you leave your country, we will contact you by email to advise you of this. Please ensure that you have given your contact email address to us and that you regularly check for messages before you leave. We have no control over airline schedule changes and accept no liability for costs which may arise as a result of such changes.

After you have left, it is your responsibility to check with the airline that any onward flights you have confirmed are operating as booked.

If You Cancel Your Booking

If you cancel your arrangements, you may be entitled to a partial refund. In addition to the cancellation terms and conditions of your Supplier(s), our standard fees will apply as may be outlined on your receipt or booking confirmation. We need to receive your original voucher before any applicable refund can be considered. If you decide to cancel arrangements before the balance due date, any deposits paid are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be paid to you once we have received the refunds back from the Supplier(s). Generally, flight tickets cannot be refunded if they are partially used. We are not responsible for a Supplier’s failure to pay a refund.

If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim your cancellation charges through your insurer.

Refunds:

Customers raising refund requests, can do so from their login or drop a mail to Support@Q8holidays.com with booking details for further action.

Processing times for refund varies for every booking and shall be done at the earliest on receipt of the request.

The refund amount will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if you have used a credit card, Q8holidays flight.com will make an appropriate charge reversal and if it’s a debit card, the amount will be credited. The cancellation charges would be levied as per policy also there is service charge will be applied and if you paid by visa the transition amount will not be refunded.

Please note that the bank may deduct the Foreign Exchange (FX) charges as applicable and the service charge. For eg: If you have booked in KWD currency and have used a bank card with SAR currency, then there would be Foreign Exchange (FX) rates involved to convert the currency from SAR to KWD. The Foreign Exchange (FX) rates are updated daily and are derived from official sources. Contact your bank to know more about Foreign Exchange (FX) rates charges.

Q8holidays.com is an online travel agency that offers easy and convenient access to reservations in both English & Arabic. Q8holidays.com shall be in a position to process customer refunds against flight tickets only if the same has been refunded by the respective airline. In the circumstances wherein an airline discontinues its operations, Q8holidays.com will not be accountable for the same and a decision on the refunds will be taken as per the airline’s stance and statement.

Booking Amendments or Changes

Every booking made on Q8holidays.com may have some amendment charges involved which would be charged as per the directive by the airline. The charges may vary by flight and booking class.

In addition to the airline's amendment charges, Q8holidays.com has an amendment fee that varies by airline, flight, and booking.

All changes should be done at least 72 hrs prior to the departure date. The time duration varies from airline to airline. Please check with customer support for accurate information.

Please note that certain airlines do not allow changes before specific hours of travel and may consider it as a “No Show”. If the airline marks a ticket as a “No Show”, there may be chances of no refund

Changes to name details are not allowed by many airlines and other Suppliers. While we will endeavour make such a change if necessary, please bear in mind that most airlines and Suppliers treat a name change as a cancellation, to which standard conditions and charges would apply.

Flights must be taken in the sequence they appear on your ticket or e-ticket confirmation. If you plan not to take a flight as booked, please contact our call centre team as far in advance as possible to discuss your options. If you do not check in on time for a confirmed reservation, the airline may register you as a ‘no-show’, which could result in extra charges and/or your whole flight itinerary being cancelled and/or render your ticket void and If the airline marks a ticket as a “No Show”, there may be chances of no refund.
